The WiLD Project has intentionally engaged a diverse spectrum of WI communities including: African American and Latino leaders from Milwaukee and Madison, the Hmong community, Native American tribes, small family farmers, University of WI students, neighborhood organizations and groups working on education, health care, racial equity, economic justice and the environment. Each pin represents one of the 325 leaders trained through one of the 2.5-day organizing workshops in 2016. In 2017, 354 additional people have already been trained through the full 2.5-day WiLD Training and half-day WI Budget Action Workshops!
