Young people are encouraged to attend this interactive series of online workshops to be introduced to the Youth Empowerment Project (YEP) and each other, discover the personal stories and issues that call them to act, and enable them to recruit a team of fellow youth to launch a campaign within the upcoming spring semester. In partnership with Dave Fleischer and the Los Angeles Leadership LAB team, this exciting online opportunity training is for anyone looking for new ways to meaningfully connect with voters who don’t always share our views in 2020. The LA Leadership Lab has tested this relational canvassing approach in coaching organizers and successful campaigns across the country. The training gives you the opportunity to learn and practice the craft of deep canvassing with organizers across Wisconsin.
